10.0L'accueil et la disponibilité. La localisation, loin du brouhaha de la ville, avec une vue sur la plage la plus proche. La superficie du logement, plus grand que sur les photos, permettant à chacun de trouver son lieu. Les commodités (climatisation, accessoires de cuisine, place de parking ombragée).
