10.01st the facilities, full on apartment with everything you may need. It's kind of a grandma apartment in the sense that's not new but as comfy as it gets. 2nd cleanliness, this must be the most spotless place I have ever seen, WOW. 3rd SILENT, you can hear the neighbors coming down/up during the day but they are all families and dead quiet at night. 4th location, outside but close enough of the busy streets, small supermarkets and decent priced restaurants just outside and you can always walk a few hundred meters for more variety. Also very safe, saw plenty young females walking around at night very unstressed. 5th Amazing view from the shared terrace that's just on the next floor. It is on a 4th floor with no elevator but this in not a problem for anybody with a basic fitness level, you barely notice that after the first time. Good size TV though it's a very Chinese one and the "smart" functions work half the time, no problem if you bring your own dongle.
We enjoyed our stay. The owner was in touch to check that we were comfortable. Overall, a good stay!

Breathtaking views over Istanbul
10.0This was an amazing stay. The apartment has 3 rooms, one sleeping room with a double bed one room with a sleeping sofa and one living room with a sleeping sofa. It is high up on a hill with a breathtaking view over the city. It is on the fourth floor and on the floor above is a shared terrace. People living in the house are using the terrace also. The terrace is an incredible place to watch the sunset or have a coffee on the morning. The owners are living on the same floor in the house and are very helpful and communicate well. We would stay again for sure.
− The bathroom is on the small side and the stairs are steep. There is no elevator
