10.0The location, the comfy bed, exceptional housekeeping and friendly staff. It really became my base for the days I spent in London exploring, and I was always happy to collapse onto the bed after the long days. Paddington and the surroundings are great, but I also loved being right by Hyde Park and Kensington gardens. I'll just add the bathroom was nice and modern and the shower excellent.
