Very disappointing stay due to the complete lack of hotel services

The apartment itself was very nice, modern, clean, and comfortable. If you’re simply looking for a well‑designed apartment in a good location, the place delivers on that.

The entire page is written like a luxury hotel offering hotel‑level service. Even the room description reinforces this expectation. It describes a ‘spacious suite with a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom, and city views’. When you read ‘suite’ in a 5‑star hotel listing, you naturally expect a hotel suite — not a self‑service unit. In reality, the property is not a hotel at all, and it is not even a real apartment. It is simply a large studio, with no separation between spaces, and the listing never states that it is only a studio without hotel services.
