Great location - close to main street, pubs and restaurants Large rooms - warm and cosy space with comfortable beds Kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks stay Washing machine facilities were very good too

− The bathroom is a bit tired but we had no issue with it. Separate toilet which is always a bonus.

Great location, dog friendly

− The property could benefit from some updating and additional attention to detail. During our stay there was a “For Sale” sign displayed out the front, which was a little unexpected. The kitchen was quite basic and missing a few common items such as kitchen scissors and baking trays, and the oven and stovetop took some time to heat up. Prior to our stay, we contacted the property managers to confirm the availability of a coffee machine and brought compatible pods, however there was no coffee machine provided. The outdoor furniture could have been cleaner, and we found the Wi-Fi connection difficult as the details in the property handbook did not match. Only one set of keys was provided for a property that can accommodate up to six guests, which was a little inconvenient. Given the cost of $1,800 for four nights, we felt the property did not offer good value for money. We visit Beechworth regularly, but unfortunately this accommodation would not be our first choice again.
