9.0We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Hele. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, spotless, relaxing, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a luxury home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service from Carlos and his team. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. A very special touch was when Carlos arranged a birthday cake for my son, which made his day unforgettable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Villa Hele to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Thank you again to Carlos and the entire team, we hope to come back soon!

Villa Hele and its host far exceeded our expectations!
10.0Villa Hele, as well as Deksie (host) was amazing and exceeded all of my expectations! The property was very clean (with cleaners and pool maintenance coming daily) and had all of the amenities (including free wifi and bottled drinking water dispenser) needed during our stay. Villa Hele's location was perfect as it was located very close to the main drag in General Luna. Deksie went above and beyond as a host as she coordinated airport transportation and motorbike rentals as well as made on-point dining and entertainment recommendations.
− Although the bathrooms were beautiful, Villa Hele's bathrooms were open to the outdoors. Insects were able to enter the premises. We had to make sure the bathroom doors, as well as the bedroom doors, were closed to prevent the insects from getting into the bedrooms and main area of the villa. The Villa also did not have a TV.
