Exceptional Hospitality Made This an Unforgettable Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible hospitality of our hostess, Signe. When we landed at Bergamo Airport, our holiday got off to a terrible start. Our 9-day car rental had been cancelled because we arrived more than two hours late, leaving us stranded with replacement rental prices of over €200 per day. We spent more than an hour at the airport trying to work out buses and trains, completely unsure of what to do. Signe phoned to ask what time we would be arriving, and after I explained the situation, she immediately started helping. She looked up the transport options and told us there was a coach to Verona leaving in just a few minutes. Even after we caught it, the coach was delayed in traffic and we missed our train connection to Peschiera. Without hesitation, Signe drove all the way to Verona to collect us, despite it being around a 30-minute journey each way with tolls. From the moment we met her, she was warm, bubbly, kind and genuinely caring. She completely turned what had been one of the most stressful travel days we’ve ever had into the perfect start to our holiday. On the way to the apartment she even stopped at a supermarket so we could buy groceries and never made us feel rushed. Throughout our stay she checked in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well. Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond were truly exceptional. The apartment itself was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, very quiet and located in a secure gated community. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast and everything was finished to a high standard with modern, contemporary furnishings. The swimming pool was fantastic and a real bonus. The towels etc were changed out on the fourth day as we were staying for 9 nights which was great. The location is also ideal, just a pleasant 10-minute walk to the beautiful old town with its many restaurants, cafés and shops.

− The only very minor suggestion would be to provide a kettle, as we had to heat water in a saucepan for tea and coffee. We mentioned it to Signe, and, true to her incredibly helpful nature, she immediately offered to bring over the kettle from her own apartment. We didn’t want to inconvenience her, so we managed perfectly well. Other than that, there was honestly nothing we would change—everything else was absolutely perfect.

Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, komfortowe, przestronne. Dobra klimatyzacja w pokoju dziennym i sypialni. Wygodne łóżko i wygodna kanapa. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni (swobodnie można gotować/piec większość dań). Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który oferuje swoją pomoc. Mieszkanie w budynku na zamkniętym osiedlu z zadbaną zielenią, z własnym basenem i dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych. Niedaleko do miejskiej plaży piechotą. Na wyposażeniu kostkarka do lodu.

− Brak czajnika, można gotować wodę w rondlu/garnku.

Очень чистые и удобные апартаменты, в которых есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Постельное белье, полотенца хорошего качества и в достаточном количестве, много посуды, удобная мебель, достаточно большой шкаф для хранения одежды. В апартаментах есть два балкона с потрясающим видом: один на горы, другой на зеленую территорию жилого комплекса. Хозяева подумали обо всех мелочах, которые могут понадобиться гостям: тряпочки и губки для мытья посуды, кухонные полотенца, оливковое масло, соль, перец и т.д. Очень приятная принимающая сторона. Чувствуешь себя не клиентом, а гостем

Heel mooi appartement. Super schoon en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Prima airco in woonkamer en slaapkamer. 2 grote tv’s! De keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is zelfs een ijsblokjes machine. Signe, de helpster is helemaal fantastisch! Een echte aanrader!!!
