The apartment was wonderful, clean annd comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the private garden. It was nice being in a quieter, more secluded area in the evenings. The host, Monica, was easy to contact and very helpful throughout our stay in providing answers to questions about restaurants, directions, and local amenities. I would definitely book here again the next time we return.

Fully equipped apartment, perfectly clean , with private garden facing Venice lagoon! Late checkout offered and gladly used to stay a few hours longer. Very quiet location.

This apartment has all that is necessary for a very comfortable stay and Monica is an excellent host. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the garden, being close to the water, and the unhurried pace of Giudecca.

Great location: calm and peaceful, with a great view of the lagoon towards Lido from 10m out the lovely small garden, while in a 5min walk you're at Palanca vaporetto station & have the whole city closeby. Also a fully equipped, modern kitchen, and a very nice apartment overall, with great eye for detail! Very friendly hosts as well!
− I visited end of August and there were quite some mosquitoes so sitting in the garden was only possible using anti- mosquito vape. Probably better in a different season.
