Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen. Eine Klimanlage würde die Wohnung im Sommer aber deutlich aufwerten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Livorno mit entsprechendem Lautstärkepegel. Stilistisch sehr schön, besonders die Empore zum Schlafen.

− Bei Temperaturen über 30°C fehlte dann doch eine Klimaanlage, da sich die Wohnung in der Nachmittagssonne stark aufheizt. Aber der Vermieter hat auf Anfrage sofort drei Ventilatoren gestellt. So war es Nachts erträglich.
