⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Perfect – We Couldn’t Have Asked for More! Our stay at Lemon Tree Apartment was simply outstanding and exceeded every expectation. First and foremost, we want to thank Zacharias (Zach), who is, without any doubt, the most exceptional host we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. He was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything, yet he respected our privacy completely. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our holiday truly unforgettable. The apartment is in an absolutely perfect location. The beautiful beach and crystal-clear sea are literally only 30 metres away, allowing you to enjoy a swim whenever you wish. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is incredibly peaceful and private, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Another huge advantage is that two of the best restaurants in Skiathos are practically on your doorstep. Exantas is only 10 metres away, while Yalos is approximately 25 metres from the apartment. Having such outstanding restaurants just a few steps away made our evenings even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully designed, exceptionally spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness deserves a special mention. The apartment was immaculately clean throughout our stay. It was cleaned every single day, with fresh bed linen changed every other day—a level of housekeeping that rivals, and even exceeds, many five-star hotels. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Filloreta, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attention to every detail were exceptional. She took great pride in her work, and thanks to her dedication, the apartment was always spotless and beautifully presented. One thing that future guests should know is that the photos on Booking.com simply do not do Lemon Tree Apartment justice.

We spent 11 nights (2 persons) at Lemon Tree Apartment and were more than satisfied. Very good amenities as described, high-quality bathroom. The location is fantastic - just a few steps to the beach and diagonally across from the very good restaurant Exantas, right on the sea. Especially worth mentioning is the host, Zacharias. Born on Skiathos, he has a lot of tips ready to pass on to his guests. He is extremely helpful, and you can tell how important it is to him to make his guests completely happy. We can recommend this accommodation 100%.

Lemon Tree is in an excellent position 1 minute walk to the beach , you can hear the waves at night sitting in the lovely courtyard that is very well equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and table , lots of extras there for you to use , lounge beds you can take to the beach alongside bat and ball , games and umbrellas for you to use . The property is very well presented and very comfortable and is well equipped to a high standard , WiFi , lovely bathroom , the kitchen has all amenities if you would like to cook in and you also have a cleaner who attends the property daily . Beautiful apartment a little gem .

We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is really spacious, which made our time there feel extra comfortable, and the brand-new bathroom is modern and tastefully designed. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the beach and around a 10-minute walk to the city center. Our host, Zacharias, was exceptionally attentive and kind. He met us on arrival so we wouldn’t get lost, gave us great tips on what to see around the island, and kept checking in to make sure everything was going well or if he could help with anything else. Since he lives just upstairs, he was always easily reachable and happy to assist whenever needed. We also really enjoyed the private patio, which had both dining and lounge seating — a perfect spot to relax after a day out. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The immediate area is full of charming tavernas and bars, and there’s a supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. The nearby bus stop makes it incredibly easy to reach the airport or explore the island, with buses running regularly throughout the day.

A fantastic holiday in a beautiful spot

I rarely write reviews, but this one really deserves it! The locations is fantastic, it's literally 20 meters away from the beach, and when you get there there are tavernas left and right with beautiful sea views. To get to the town center it's about 10 min walk, and there is a supermarket 5min walking distance. The property is spacious, spotless and is cleaned every day. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a terrace where you can have breakfast or whatever. Really, you cannot ask for more. What also makes this a a really nice experience is the host, who is the friendliest one I've met. He's a local, and he'll recommend you places to go, restaurants, trips, etc.. , his local knowledge is priceless. He is a genuinely very warm-hearted man and eager to please, and he wants you to enjoy Skiathos.
