− Room was allocated in Level 4 and no lift and very hard to manage the luggage's.

2.0− Wcześniej miałam kontakt z obsługą hotelu. Jednak gdy przyjechaliśmy na miejsce okazało się, że magicznie nie ma dla nas pokoju i że mamy iść do zaprzyjaźnionego hotelu. Jako, że czytałam już o takich sytuacjach, absolutnie się nie zgodziłam, bo jest to jawne oszustwo. Zwykle przesuwają ludzi do gorszych hoteli, a nie masz wtedy opieki od booking. Zaczęłam więc protestować, powiedziałam, że skoro nie ma dla nas miejsca, to zgłoszę to do booking a sama poszukam innego miejsca na noc. Wymiana zdań trwała chwilę, przyszedł też właściciel tego drugiego hotelu, po czym jednak się okazało, że pokój jest. Co do samego pokoju- mógłby być czystszy, na zewnątrz jest ultra głośno tak do okolic 4 w nocy, więc jeśli planujesz się przespać, to się nie da.
