6.0De locatie en het hele resort is voortreffelijk en we raden het iedereen aan! De enige reden voor onze lage totaalscore is dat ons appartement niet op slot ging en dus iedereen binnen kon terwijl we weg waren. Ondanks meerdere nummers en pogingen nooit iemand aan de lijn gekregen tot in de ochtend aan het ontbijt. Het personeel zelf is uiterst vriendelijk en heeft ons dan pas echt geholpen door een sleutel te zoeken waarmee we de deur op slot kregen. Maar verschrikkelijk slechte service dat je vanaf 21h volledig in de steek gelaten wordt… en onze eerste avond was al meteen in het water gevallen.
− De accomodatie zelf valt niets over te klagen, enkel de service vanuit het management was uiterst slecht. Er werd ons ook nooit verteld dat je moet inchecken voor 21h… we hebben puur geluk gehad dat er nog iemand was, anders hadden we in de auto moeten slapen. De nachtdienst werkt helemaal niet en ze laten je helemaal in de steek. Het dag personeel daarentegen is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ondanks onze problemen is het daarna enkel bergop gegaan, en ik raad dit hotel echt aan als uitvalsbasis voor de streek te verkennen!

9.0Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Service ebenso. Sehr nettes Personal. Pool-Bereich ausgezeichnet, sehr sauber.
− Da fällt uns nicht wirklich etwas ein. Außer fast täglich über 30°C - anstrengend. Apartment leider ohne Klimaanlage.

− Jammer dat er geen airconditioning in de appartementen waren. Bij warm weer is het moeilijk koel te houden
