casa silenziosa in buona posizione su di una strada principale, di fronte al parcheggio 'Bottai' (gratuito nelle ore notturne dalle 18.00 alle 8.00 della mattina successiva) e vicino al casello dell'autostrada 'Impruneta' , di lato al ristorante-pizzeria 'La Bianchina' (che consiglio) e ad un bar. Ottimale per chi viaggia per lavoro. Si consiglia di impostare sul navigatore 'parcheggio Bottai' per arrivare senza perdersi. Proprietario ben organizzato, disponibile e risponde anche in tempi brevi in caso di necessità.

The apartment was very spacious, it had everything we needed except AIR CONDITION. It is too hot in Italy to not have an AIR CONDITION period. The apartment had 2 fans, but it is not the same as having an AIR CONDITION.

Stay away, I don’t recommend.

Only the location is good next to the bus stop which takes you directly to Florence within 40-45 minutes even when there’s traffic.

− Initially I wasn’t going to write a review at all, but the host of the property gave us a terrible experience trying to break the rules of Booking and charge us more money. It wasn’t a lot, but it was totally immoral from her end. As far as I know (I’ve been using Booking for more than 6 years now + 4 other times to Italy) the RULES of Booking are that each listing should have a final amount of money that needs to be paid. It might be that part of the money are paid upfront via Booking and the rest directly to the host. But ALWAYS Booking shows the FINAL amount that needs to be paid. So, she requested us to pay her €31 during our stay because of some additional city taxes. When I explained to her that we’ve already paid the whole amount upfront through Booking, she started to act in an unpleasant manner in the chat. I was on vacation, so I didn’t want any negative emotions going on back and forth, so I contacted Booking straight through their customer support. Nobody answered the chat enquiry for more than 24 hours, so I had to call their phone number (which costed me additional money because of the international call) and when they answered they said I’m correct and that they will contact the property and get back to me. After 20-30 mins they called me and told me that I don’t need to pay anything to the host. Then I messaged the host to confirm to me that Booking has contacted her and she said YES, but was trying to put the blame on me again and again. That’s the reason I’m writing this review and that’s the reason I will report the property as well. She never apologized about the problem she caused. On the other hand, the property was full of mosquitoes which was another negative experience. I guess it’s because of the summer season, but in 2024 there are tools and methods to get rid of mosquitoes. The cleanliness of the property was questionable as well.

Overpriced and not clean.

Close to Firenze with a easy bus connection.

− Found this place outdated and overpriced for what you get. When in the apartment it feel being locked up. It’s not clean, close to dirty! Didn’t had warm water for the shower the whole stay.
