4.0− L’établissement réservé ne reflète pas les informations données sur Booking. Je suis venue avec mes deux chiens car il y avait écrit chien autorisé sur Booking et on m’a fait payer 15 € supplémentaires par jour et par chien, soit 90 €, je trouve cela scandaleux. Surtout que si j’étais venue avec deux petits chiens, elle m’a bien fait comprendre qu’il n’aurait pas eu de frais supplémentaires. C’est un délit de faciès pour moi ! La chambre était située au deuxième étage sans fenêtre et la douche au premier étage, ce qui n’était pas du tout pratique, surtout avec des chiens. De plus que cela n’était pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix, mais nous avons eu la surprise que c’était à nous de tout préparer. De plus, les chiens n’étaient pas admis dans la cuisine donc compliqué de surveiller les chiens et de faire à manger en même . Certes, nous ne sommes pas dans un hôtel mais au prix où nous avons payé, je pense que c’est un service que nous pouvons avoir Nous avons payé 390 € pour trois nuits plus les 90 € pour mes chiens. Si vous venez accompagné de votre compagnon à quatre pattes, je vous déconseille fortement cet établissement, il n’est pas du tout adapté aux chiens. C’est la première fois que je mets un commentaire négatif sur un établissement, et pourtant j’ai déjà voyagé dans plusieurs endroits avec mes chiens. Je pense que plus de précisions serait appréciée pour éviter les mauvaises surprises à l’arrivée.
