It was our 2nd time back. We first stayed 4 nights then another 2 nights in a span of 2 weeks. It was a perfect getaway!!! The ambiance was perfect. The staff were top notch. The food was exceptional. We will surely be back again and again and again.

Please teach all your staff more , be polite, be approachable and respectful.

I like the area because the beach is clean , nice view , safety and very relaxing

− The thing I don’t like for staying there at the whispering resort because if they have only couple of guests , they don’t pay attention, Just like us staying there just 2 of us left they didn’t even ask if we are okay they didn’t approach us if what we need and also the room they should clean right away not like they just wait us to tell them to clean , and also if u want something at the reception area no one around there because only 1 staff assign the area, and it’s hard for them to find . You need To wait an hour or half an hour, and also we ask for ice they said they don’t have ice , but when we ask the one lady the lady she give us ice right away but there’s a payment 20 pesos😅 but yes I understand that but when some of the staff lied about it like it’s very disappointing, and also even just a couple of guest they should pay attention , they should let us feel that we are welcome the area. The beach is very nice, super but the staff we are so very disappointed and also the food. Some food is okay taste good but some other food like na very expensive but the taste not like that expensive. Like the picture I order chicken wing the color of the chicken is brown nice color but they give me a burn chicken wings and also when we check out before they should tell us that sir/maam wait huh? Because I call the security to bring ur bad at the outside , because u have alots of stuff but when im done paying after that nothing like come on 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but by the way I am very satisfied of the area except the😅☺️☺️☺️

Friendly staff, beautiful view, the animals were fun to see and the resort does great work protecting endangered species. The staff kindly gave us cutlery to use for a little party out in the picnic area.

− A lot of the activities were unavailable. There were no arrows for the archery, no peanuts to feed the monkeys, the gym equipment was covered in bird poo, the minigolf needs maintaining better.

A nice weekend away but overpriced for quality and service received

The staff were friendly and the pools were clean. The staff made it possible for the kids to pet the snake and they fed the crocodile even though it was not his regular feeding day.

− The food service was terrible, they ran out of basics such as tea and mayonnaise.. breakfast was extra on top of very over priced rooms where the shower was a sprinkle in one room, cold in another. The toilet blocked and the room had a bad odour. The communal water tank made horrific noises at 7am each morning waking everyone up. There were areas they were roped off and it was sad that the divers lounge was not usable. The resort is in need of a lot of basic improvements and general maintenance and definitely over proceed for what you get compared to other areas of the Philippines

El lugar es excepcional y el.personal encantador, hemos comido muy bien y tiene a parte de la playa a dos pasos, una piscina para clientes que es un diez. El.propietario es un señor aleman muy.proocupado con la vida local y con la conservación de la isla. Todo perfecto
