10.0Perfect location, only 2 minutes away from the Plazza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. It's located on a busy and crowded square, but it wasn't noisy in the apartment. It's close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The accommodation is clean, very well equipped with good appliances, with all the items needed like sugar, oil, salt, and coffee, also cutlery, towels and toiletrieas. The bed very comfortable. The staff was helpful and definitely easy to reach. Everything was perfect.

− There was a substance maybe due to termites? that fell all over the sofa bed from the roof/beams which meant we had to put the mattress on the floor for my son to sleep on.. There were exposed conduit tubes and expanding foam all around the kitchen ceiling. Disappointed..
