1.0Nothing! It is the worst part of my booking experience! Just refund our money!!!
− - cancelled our booking on the spot! said that they are fully booked! even though our booking is confirmed on booking.com - until now they didn’t refund our money - can’t reached the number of the resort - when we went there it is so close to the cemetery - ambiance is so bad!

10.0I liked the room very neat and clean, the bed wasn't that thick but it is still good and comfortable Breakfast was good
− What i didn't like is the toilet the water wont go down and the faucet dont work on the sink, also the in the bath room water is slow and the shower is not working properly

1.0Nothing and am demanding a REFUND
− The hotel did not even know we were pre paid guest. The restaurant i was to entertain guests wirh for dinner did not even exist!!!! You are to blame more than the resortbowners for publishing something nice that isn't. My friendcand is suffered and no longer decided to check in.
