9.0Very good communication from host and keys were easy to locate and available early.
− As a suggestion - may be interested provide a small washing up liquid
All in all It worked very well for us.
9.0Great location for us. Nice and warm. Very quiet despite being near a main road. Easy parking.
− Noise from the flat above at around 5am many mornings. Someone shuffling around having a shower maybe? Could have done with somewhere to hang coats. Outdoor security lights shone onto the front windows all night so the bedroom was never really dark. Entrance was a bit scruffy with the bins and loads of leaves & some litter.
We enjoyed seeing our family which was the point of our visit

− No instructions leaflets at all eg oven ,hob ,central heating ,where to leave the key on leaving the property, Not enough side plates only one,,and only one eggcup,no bath mat or grap handle for people that might need it

8.0Good location,flat could have been more welcoming. Shame about some things not being finished off properly, walls in the living room as you go in the door need sorted, it's not a good look walking in seeing work that still needs to be done.
− Damp smell in bathroom, shower head doesn't fit shower fittings properly. No emergency number to contact a doctor and no taxi number available. Ended up at a&e on the day after we arrived and if we didn't get help from an elderly couple that was passing I don't know how we would have got there as we couldn't drive.
Comfy and warm flat. Close to the centre
8.0A lovely warm and comfortable flat close to Harrogate. Nothing appeared to be missing that you would need. Only complaint would be that the water temperature for the bath was not hot enough for (I do like it hot). Would recommend
