Horrible! A truly nightmare experience!
1.0We didn't like absolutely anything. The rooms were horrible, had a terrible smell, and the bed sheets were neither clean nor fresh. They refused to send us the key code until we provided all our personal data. I was in an area with no internet connection and only managed to read the email at midnight; it took them an hour to reply and finally send the code. We booked two rooms for a family with three children. The room we received was in the basement and looked straight out of a horror movie. The children's room was on the first floor; it was somewhat okay, but it smelled bad, lacked proper ventilation, and the sheets were dirty. The host was extremely unfriendly. We ran into each other in the hallway in the morning, and she just stared at us angrily without even saying hello. Horrible! A truly nightmare experience.
