10.0We were given a code for our room prior to arrival. Juan was excellent with responding to messages and came to see me right away when I arrived to find our room was still occupied. He put us in another room and made sure that I was happy with the unexpected change. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The fridge was new and bigger than a normal sized bar fridge. It was also nice having a rooftop area to sit and enjoy, and the pool was heated, which was lovely.
− Nothing. The hotel met our expectations, and we will consider staying again next year.

Knowingly place customers in wrong rooms

− Booked a room with two queen beds and was put in a room with one bed. This place has an unspoken policy that they will put people in one bed if they list that they have less than three people, even if they book a room with two beds. There was also zero room service, even when we asked for clean towels.
An ok stay.
6.0Juan, the owner was very nice and the hotel was in a good location; a brief walk to the beach, yet far enough away to provide a quiet atmosphere.beds were comfortable and the shower was good.
− The property is situated amongst others and the grounds are not well kept. The room, while comfortable enough, could use somewhere to hang your clothes.

9.0Really enjoyed my time at here! The owner was super communicative and accomodating. The rooms are simple but have everything you could need for a basic stay. Loved having a mini fridge and air con in the room. I got a side unit so it had two windows along the side wall that brought in lots of natural light! I was travelling as a solo female and always felt very safe. Pool and sitting area on the roof were the best!! And there is the cutest neighbour dog across the drive who was always delighted to see me each day which was also the best. Rooms don’t get serviced everyday, which I actually prefer but I was brought fresh towels a few days into my stay which was great. Would absolutely stay here again if I was in San Pancho.
− The wifi didn’t work in my room which is the only flaw I can find. The room does come with some plastic chairs though and found it worked ok from just outside the room so I would just sit outside whenever I needed the wifi, not ideal but it got me through :)
