1.0Non, la personne nous a fait attendre dans la rue pendant 1h à 23h00 alors que nous l'avions tenue au courant de notre arrivée au fur et à mesure...
− Le Service Client est catastrophique ! Nous avons eu des gouttières pendant notre séjour : nous l'avons immédiatement signalé mais personne n'est venu nous aider ou nous apporter une solutions. C'est seulement le lendemain, en appelant Booking, qu'ils se sont réveillés et sont venus constater les dégâts. Nous avons de ce fait du jeter toute notre nourriture car à cause des gouttières nous ne pouvions plus cuisiner. De plus, la douche était bouchée dès notre arrivée. Pour couronner le tout, pour obtenir un remboursement nous avons du nous "battre" pendant 1 mois alors que cela était tout à fait légitime et encore nous n'avons pas obtenu le montant souhaité.

10.0El anfitrión, Gabriel, es muy amable y estuvo atento por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Tanto la cama como el sofá-cama son bastante cómodos y estaba todo muy limpio, y siendo 4 personas, dejaron toallas suficientes para todos los días que nos quedamos.
