Wonderful villa - all you need, and more! A definite recommend!!

Fabulous villa! Clean, large, spacious, very well appointed with everything (and more) you would need from a self catering holiday. Beautifully landscaped large garden with wonderful swimming pool that can be locked if you have small children. BBQ, outdoor dining, comfortable loungers, large umbrella for shade around the pool. Inside, there is aircon in all the bedrooms and the dining area (it is not needed in the lounge) - the bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage (and lots of clothes hangers!). There is even a ping pong table if you want to get your Marty Supreme on! :-) Nearest strip of shops and restaurants is just a short walk away including two supermarkets. Bigger supermarket (Lidl) is just a 9 minute drive away. Really peaceful neighbourhood and the best sunset view of the island is just a short walk away too! Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing comfortable break. A car is pretty much essential, but the bus stop is again a short walk away and you could get all your provisions in the two local supermarkets if necessary. We stayed for 2 weeks, and half way through we had a cleaner arrive to change the beds and give the villa a onceover. Happy Days :-)

− There was no instructions about what to recycle, where the bins were etc, nor instructions for the appliances but the overseas owner is available to message (and very responsive) so any issues could be addressed to him for a ready answer. We also had to work out ourselves where the short cut walk was to the nearest shops which cut the journey time down a lot (there's a gate, and the key is on the keyring).

Great villa very clean and comfortable

The property was very, very clean, comfortable and the gardens were beautiful. Well equipped with everything you could need. There was a supply of cleaning products, few condiments and toilet rolls. Also a couple of complimentary ciders in the fridge nice touch. The pool was heated Beds are great and the pillows. There was plenty of storage and a safe. Not very far to walk to shops/restaurants via a gate at the back of the complex for which you get a key.

− The pool was a bit dirty in the bottom even though it had been cleaned the day before (that is a problem with most pools in Lanzarote due to it been quite windy) and the pool cover could do with been replaced as it kept coming away from the roller which my husband fixed a couple of times. The kettle lid would not stay down so had to manually hold it. Some of the neighbors had building work been done for three full days, which was very loud so you could not relax in the garden/pool area also one neighbor played very loud music. I do not think this is a constant thing, just seemed to happen when we there. The villa could do with a manual with instructions on how things work and a bit about the area also contact numbers for taxi, etc. although Gabriel the manager did come the next day to advise us and a lovely Spanish lady came to let us in when we arrived but could not speak any English also it was very late at night. If you are English there is only Spanish TV. These are only minor things.

Peaceful comfortable stay with everything we needed.

The property was great. A beautiful garden and saltwater pool, a very comfortable house, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels etc, superfast wifi, and the most helpful and positive host I’ve ever had through one of these platforms. Highly recommend it.

Fantastische villa voor lang verblijf

Prima villa op een perfecte locatie in een veilige omgeving. Goede bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad in een geweldige tuin. Rustige omgeving zonder lawaai van andere bewoners. De villa ligt ook fantastisch zodat je in de tuin veel plekken hebt waar je in de zon en uit de wind kan zitten. Wij hebben 4 weken in deze villa doorgebracht en dat is zeker voor een lange tijd echt een hele fijne ervaring.

− Het welkom had iets beter kunnen gaan maar dat deed geen afbreuk aan onze ervaring in deze villa. Het enige achterstallige onderhoud zou misschien aangepakt kunnen worden maar daar hebben wij verder geen last van gehad. Een tip zou zijn om aan te geven, dat de villa in Residencial La Carabela ligt want wij hebben rondgereden en wisten niet waar we moesten zijn.

The location and safety of the property was fantastic - right near to some very nice food places and a volcano for view and walking up.

− The pool could have been cleaner but with the wind i expected some things to blow around and there is the equipment to clean it yourself.

la Villa está genial. Lo que mas nos ha gustado ha sido la parte del jardín, muy cuidado y con rincones perfectos para descansar. La piscina a diferencia con otra villas en las que he estado, es amplia y muy bien mantenida. Venían cada 3 días a limpiarla. El entorno es supertranquilo y seguro. Por dentro la Villa está muy bien dotada, con todo lo necesario para sentirte cómodo. Había una persona disponible en contacto por si teníamos algún problema. Sin duda una villa para repetir.

− todo perfecto. Quizás para 15 días, que faciliten un cambio de sábanas, como en otros alojamientos. Nosotros en nuestro caso lavamos las sabanas en la lavadora por nuestra cuenta.
