− Curtains were broken way to light and the extra long list of things that you have to do before you leave you basically have to do everything that they would do as a property B&B/hotel/guess that the list was ridiculous and they took a very long time to reply about the parking no TV in the room and the bed was so tiny and you roll to one side

− Not clean. King bed with narrow mattress. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Bed looked like it had been slept in . Rubbish in the front garden. Traffic noise. Half a toilet roll for 5 days. I clean towel. ...I could go on.
