7.0Un appartamento accogliente e arredato con carattere (non con i soliti mobili IKEA per capirci). L'area soggiorno con tv, divano e scrivania è veramente bella e invita a rilassarsi. Anche se molto vecchia, la lavatrice è comoda così come asse e ferro da stiro. La posizione è eccellente, vicinissima a Plaza de España e alle fermate del trasporto pubblico e in un quartiere tranquillo, ma pieno di ristoranti, soprattutto asiatici. Davvero ideale! Nonostante il caldo, le finestre aperte la sera e la mattina presto mantenevano l'appartamento fresco.
− L'appartamento purtroppo non era pulito a dovere, c'erano polvere in alcuni punti della casa, piatti unti e cassetti del comò da aspirare. In cucina c'è il necessario per cucinare, tuttavia alcune pentole non erano in buone condizioni. Negli armadietti c'erano spezie scadute e confezioni di sale aperte. La lavastoviglie manca, così come un'aspirapolvere che, in un soggiorno di una settimana, prima o poi serve. Nel complesso 180 € a notte li ho trovati inadeguati per ciò che l'appartamento offre.

10.0El apartamento de Victor es excelente opción para alojarse en Madrid. La ubicación es genial, a 1 cuadra de la gran via y de plaza españa. El departamento es muy comodo, esta bien ambientado y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días! Victor estuvo en contacto con nosotros en todo momento, muy amable. Sin dudas lo volveríamos a elegir!

9.0Communication with hosts was clear and friendly, excellent location well connected to plenty of public transit, bars, restaurants/cafes, supermarkets. Space was comfortable and clean, A/C and wifi worked great.
− Sloping ceilings and bathroom door frame were low for someone over 6ft. This isn't a complaint about the space, the apartment is depicted accurately the photos - just something to note for tall guests!

Great place in central Madrid
10.0The apartment is bigger than the pictures let on, a really decent sized living room and good sized bedroom, with lots of seating areas and mirrors. The location was fantastic, close to several metro lines if you need them but also walkable to many major attractions and excellent food spots. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to drop bags off and check in earlier and check out later too. Would definitely recommend!
− The mattress was slightly too firm for my preference and the shower was quite small.
