10.0離車站、拉麵店、早餐咖啡店、便利商店都只有步行7、8分鐘的距離，隔音很優秀，工作人員都很友善願意協助解決問題，最基本清潔身體的用品也不缺，只要自己準備衣物與盥洗用具就能輕鬆居住
− 雖然有冰箱可以放買回來的食物，但除了內建的咖啡店以外禁止飲食，而咖啡店本身開放的時間也不長，起碼在早餐與晚餐時間沒什麼機會使用，造成在飲食上終究只能外食
