Die Lage, zentral.

− Haus im miserablen Zustand. In der Wohnung bröckelt der Putz von der Decke. Die Wohnung stinkt muffig und alt. Übergardinen teilweise gar nicht vorhanden und wenn, gehen sie nicht über das ganze Fenster. Zugang zur Wohnung katastrophal, Treppenhaus und eine Tür, die fast auseinander fällt. Aussicht sucht man vergeblich. Der Garten ist alles andere als Retro . Null gepflegt, total verwüstet und zugewachsen. Der Vermieter nervt mit anrufen und drängt auf eine positive Bewertung, alles andere interessiert ihn gar nicht.

A tulajdonos nagyon jól beszél angolul, a lakás felszereltsége rendben volt, mindig volt szabad parkoló.

− A szoba és a fürdő között az előszoba puritansaga, a szoba berendezésének kora, a tulajdonos néha már túl sokszori megjelenése
