10.0We stayed for 1 week, and the apartment was good for this duration, having everything we needed. Location right in the old city center, very close to restaurants. We managed to park the car for free on the nearby large street (you just have to take care to move it on wednesday, because of the fair/market). Area is safe and quiet, 25 minutes on foot from the beach. The bed was comfy, and the ceiling fan managed to keep the bedroom ok, even if there is no AC. There is washer/dryer unit, if you need it, and everything you need to prepare some quick meals or a coffee. We haven't met the host, but the entire interaction online was very friendly and professional.

10.0La ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento muy bonito, muy cómodo y super limpio. Está equipado con todo lo necesario. Nos dieron flexibilidad tanto en la hora de entrada como en la de salida, un gran detalle. Estancia perfecta, lo recomiendo.
− Lo único que le añadiría es el aire acondicionado, aunque con los ventiladores no pasamos nada de calor.
Comodidad, tranquilidad en una buena y bonita zona.

− Très mauvaises isolations phonique et thermique du fait des deux uniques ouvertures qui ne jointent pas. L’appartement s’ouvre sur la rue par une porte sur pièce principale. La chambre dispose d’une fenêtre donnant directement sur le lieu de passage. Veritable inconvénient par rapport aux nuisances sonores (passants, moteurs, conversations, cloches d’église qui marque même les 1/4 d’heures…) qui résonnent terriblement dans l’habitation. 2 radiateurs d’appoints prévus qui sont très appréciables du fait du passage d’air au niveau des deux ouvertures. La cuisine et la salle de bain ne disposent pas de fenêtres. Les fournitures prévues étaient appréciables mais je n’ai pas trouvé le peignoir normalement mis à disposition. C’est un détail par rapport au reste mais je tiens à le mentionner.
