− I am very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The air conditioner is leaking, making it unusable. There are no basic cooking condiments in the kitchen such as sugar, salt, or pepper. I am staying for 8 days, and I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect guests to bring such basic items themselves—especially since I specifically asked about this before booking, and your team confirmed they would be provided. Additionally, the washing machine is extremely dirty, which makes me afraid to use it. The floor is not very clean, and even the coffee machine is in such a condition that I do not feel comfortable using it.

Good location, good property
7.0Great location, nice property with many facilities and comfortable beds, close to loads of shops and cafes and the metro, walking distance to a lot of tourist sites, less than 5 minutes walk from sagrada Família
− Check in and the lock system - was complicated and took long to receive check in details. Sometimes door wouldn’t unlock immediately and required multiple tries.
