10.0how clean the room and facility

3.0The shower and mattress were nice.
− Unfortunately my wife and I felt a little taken aback by the party held on Friday, July 10th. For the money we paid, we had hoped to get a full night's rest and not finally get to sleep at around 2AM. We had a very important meeting today and struggled to make it through because we slept all but 4 hours last night due to the excessive noise. Regrettable, because we genuinely wanted to enjoy the stay, but could not under the circumstances. If Chez had at least warned us ahead of time of this, then we could have been responsible for the stay, but both of us feel a little blindsided by the night's event. For the future, please warn your guests if the night includes a party of that scale. This will let them book elsewhere or if they are okay with that environment, stay. For that price, they should at least have the courtesy to decide. Overall disappointed.

2.0The modern decor and great location.
− There’s an event on the rooftop ended very late. The bass was extremely strong and you can feel the room vibrate. Unfortunately the room is not sound proofed at all, you can hear neighbors quite clear.
