7.0The property was a nice environment. Nice pool and nice houses.
− There were some difficulties when we came there when they told us the booking was not confirmed which it were. After that was settled it looked like the place were closed for others to book. No other visitors.

3.0L'architecture atypique, c'est tout !
− Un accueil déplorable, nous avons dû montrer notre reservation à travers la porte pour pouvoir rentrer. Il n'y avait personne dans l'hôtel en tant que client. Les espaces extérieurs sont un oeu laisser à l'abandon, la piscine n'avait pas était nettoyer ce jour-là... et je ne sais pas s'il y a un système de filtration etc. Niveau logement, ils sont atypiques et grands mais les équipements ne sont pas au rendez-vous ! Un peu sale. La salle de bain est le pire ... toute petite pour ma taille du logement !!! Le cable de douche ... une erreur, l'eau en sortant puée à en vomir !!! On passe aussi le fait de trouver des cafards. Bon le lit est confortable et le matelas ne risque pas de s'user car il est encore dans son emballage plastique, du coup quand tu bouges bah ça fait du bruit !

5.0Il y a du potentiel à l'extérieur, la piscine est jolie et les chambres sont bien en terme de dimensions. Bravo au personnel toujours sympathique et de bonne humeur malgré les situations
− Trop de details ne leur permet pas d'être au niveau des concurrents. - pas d'eau chaude et pression aléatoire - matelas encore dans son plastique donc du bruit à chaque mouvement - établissement encore en travaux partout (bruit et poussière - piscine belle mais du coup sale à cause des travaux (couche de poussière au fond et cailloux ou feuilles)

3.0I feel bad writing a negative review, because the staff were amazing: friendly, kind, helpful, responsive. The manager is an amazing chef and an all-around great guy.
− The hotel itself is a rip-off. I paid 120 euros per night for basically a cheap hostel. The bed and furniture are made of cheap low quality material that smelled and gave me a headache both nights. The bathroom smells like open sewage and sulfur, there was no hot water and the shower pressure could be generously described as "trickle." The drain is in the corner of the bathroom, so the waste water pools in the middle of the floor. Towels were so cheap that they start to disintegrate on your body instead of absorbing water. No drinking water provided in the room. I could go on but you get the idea. Again, the staff are great; the owner needs to seriously invest in quality supplies to justify such a high price, or reduce the price by 80% to match the value.
