- Apartamentul este foarte frumos mobilat - Este localizat la ultimul etaj, iar asta oferă un un view minunat asupra Iașiului (de aici și denumirea apartamentului) - Gazda este foarte primitoare iar comunicarea a fost un mare plus - Patul este comod, însă poate perna este puțin cam tare (însă asta diferă de la persoană la persoană) -Locul de parcare asigurat

− - A fost curat, nu se poate spune că nu, însă puțin mai atenți la detalii (în baie, sub acele etajere, în special). Mop-ul din baie eram negru, mai rău făceai dacă voiai să ștergi pe jos. - La baie, nu exista rolete, iar pentru că geamul este mare, faci dus în fața geamului, efectiv. Asta nu e ok, chiar dacă celelalte clădiri se află la distanță. Seara, cu lumina aprinsă, se poate vedea și de la distanță. - Ar fi recomandat un paravan, la dus, pentru a nu face apă pe jos. - În living, canapeaua miroase foarte urât (a urină). Posibil să fie ceva recent, însă cei care se ocupă de curățenie ar trebui să raporteze lucrul ăsta. Îmi pare rău, pentru că gazda este foarte ok, însă unele lucruri trebuie corectate.
