Super Location für einen Trip nach Istrien. Zentrale und vor allem ruhige Lage !
10.0Sehr zentrale Lage mit tollen Gastgebern. Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet.
− Einzig die Klimaanlagen oben müssen gewartet werden, da sie doch recht laut sind.

7.0Odlična komunikacija sa kućepaziteljima, čistoća vile na visokom nivou.
− Razočaravajuće je da se u Vili nalaze dva TV-a bez nacionalnih programa. To je potpuno isto kao da ja posjedujem Vilu u Njemačkoj i stavim samo Hrvatske programe. Nevjerojatno ali istinito. Komunikacija od strane oglašivača Vile je vršena isključivo na Njemačkom jeziku iako danas postoje razni alati te se komunikacija moze vršiti preko Engleskog ili nekog drugog jezika. Web stranica oglašivača je samo na Njemačkom jeziku. Prostor odnosno Konoba za druženje je imala neispravni kamin. Vanjski kamin bez ikakvih alata za roštiljanje (valjda se očekuje da se sve radi golim rukama ili da se uopće ne koristi). Kreveti jako neudobni te škripe pri svakom pomicanju. Najam Vile baziran je isključivo za Njemačko tržište te je samim time daleko od autohtonog Istarskog ambijenta.
