Avoid! Booking Cancelled 7 Hours Before Check-In – Left Stranded
1.0− Very disappointed to have our booking cancelled just seven hours before check-in due to a double booking. We had already arrived in Wales when we received an email to tell us it was cancelled. No phone call, no apology, and no help offered. This left us, our young children, and our dog scrambling to find last-minute accommodation. Completely unacceptable and ruined our family getaway. Avoid at all costs.
