Location was good. Modern and clean.

− I don't like the deposit requirement for bookings charged by the hosts these days.. Hotels don't charge this and taking up to 15 days to get a deposit refund is ridiculous. Lastly the host asks for too much personal information. ID numbers for my entire family including my 12 and 11 year old children is preposterous. What guarantee do I get that they are POPIA compliant and that my information won't be compromised by a data leak. This was not a requirement when I visited the same complex a year ago and booked via AirBnB. WiFi speed was sub par too.
