Not worth the money spent
4.0Overall, the stay wasn't very good. The food was not very good at all. And the service that we received was not very good at all. And basically, our stay overall was not meeting our expectations and it's doubtful that we would stay here again
− We did like the room with the Jacuzzi tub. Overall, the room was pleasant and the lady that came in and cleaned the room did a fantastic job.

5.0La ubicación. La administradora Laura es muy amable, pero solo estuvo 1 día. Las relevo no son amables.
− A la habitación le hace falta mantenimiento. Alquilé una suite pero, para el precio, no lo era. La papelera del baño caída y no la arreglaron. La grifería del lavamanos suelta. El baño no es cómodo ni moderno. El agua caliente era intermitente. Al otro día no te reponen el sobre de la espuma de la tina si lo has gastado. Las paredes de la habitación sucias (no las pintan hace mucho). Solo tiene 1 mesa de noche (lo usual y necesario son 2). La decoración no es bonita (le falta). No hay comunicación con la recepción. Se escucha mucho ruído de la calle en la noche. Respecto al desayuno, ofrecen 1 solo pan, lo cual nos pareció muy poco; el café lo sirven en pocillo pequeño. El parqueadero queda a 4 cuadras y hay que llamar para que lo abran. Antes del check out, a las 11am, te envían mensaje de WA indicando que si te pasas de las 12m te cobran por hora adicional y, después de las 3pm te cobran noche adicional; esto es incómodo (es una presión) porque las condiciones ya estaban establecidas antes de la reserva. En conclusión, para el precio, dista mucho de lo ofrecido.
