Lovely location, but the hotel needs to be more transparent about the facilities, fix the plumbing.
5.0The location was quite good. Great view of lake Batur and mount Batur.
− The room needed to be mopped properly, the floors were dusty and there was cigarette ash in the bathroom. The plumbing in the bathroom needs to be repaired. The toilet did not flush very well and the shower did not drain properly, the water ran out of the shower and out the door! There is no food onsite and the restaurant for breakfast is about an hours walk away. One of the staff at the hotel drove me up which was good but people should be aware that it is better if they have their own transport.
