De suite was mooi en verzorgd.

− Helaas stond op Booking duidelijk vermeld dat de accommodatie over een zwembad beschikte (“This luxurious suite has a pool with a view”), terwijl er in werkelijkheid helemaal geen zwembad aanwezig was. Dat was voor ons een belangrijke reden om deze accommodatie te boeken, waardoor we teleurgesteld waren. Daarnaast ontstond er achteraf een onaangename discussie over de consumpties. We hadden na ons vertrek meteen een bericht gestuurd met de drankjes die we hadden genuttigd, zodat deze konden worden aangerekend, omdat we niet wisten dat we persoonlijk moesten uitchecken. Toch werden we beschuldigd van diefstal, terwijl het nooit onze bedoeling was om niet te betalen. Dat vonden wij een erg onprofessionele en onvriendelijke manier van communiceren. Jammer, want met een correctere beschrijving en een klantvriendelijkere aanpak had onze ervaring veel positiever kunnen zijn. Persoonlijk veel te duur voor wat je kreeg in de plaats.
