Grand apartement, grandes chambres et grands lits. Climatisation et wifi fonctionnent bien. Cuisine très bien. La localisation est parfaite par rapport aux transports et aux restaurants. Andrea est d’une grande aide pour l’organisation des visites (Palenque, Agua Azul...)

− Il faut préciser que le logement est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Le lavabo de la salle de bain n’est pas séparé du salon.

NOTHING.....we booked for a same day arrival for a 2 night stay and were driving from San Cristobal de las Casas to Palenque. Just under halfway there we were stopped by trees across the road, huge pines, probably 3 or 4 from what we could see. People travelling by local bus could walk through from one side to jump on another bus to continue their journey from the other side of the treeslide but you could not drive through. We were told it would be at least another day before the road was passable. There was also no internet up on the hills because of the storm which brought down the trees. I composed an email and text message to the hotel on the off chance that the internet came good and sent both. When the hotel finally contacted me it was to say " too bad, so sad, goodbye booking, goodbye full payment, 5 day prior cancellation policy". Pretty poor effort, no compassion or understanding. I work in the hotel industry and feel that their response could have been far kinder given that there was no physical way for us to get there as there's only one way to get there from where we were.
