Fantastic property that was modern, clean and spacious and wouid fully reccommend.

The property was very clean, nicely decorated, it was spacious, comfortable, very close to the beach, it had two bathrooms which was very useful, and the patio area was lovely to get a spot of sun in :)

− The garage is tight to park a bigger car in but having a garage is very useful so it’s not really a criticism! :)

Casa preciosa, recién reformada y equipada con todo lo necesario. Anfitrión muy amable. Ubicación excelente con cercanía a la playa y negocios como supermercado, cafetería, etc.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo gustownie urządzone, komfortowe, doskonale wyposażone (w kuchni wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, podstawowe produkty spożywcze, chemia gospodarcza, w łazience kosmetyki, zapas ręczników, suszarki do włosów, na tarasie pralka i dwie suszarki do prania) i bardzo czyste. Taras w rzeczywistości jest większy niż to wygląda na zdjęciach i bardzo wygodny. Byliśmy w 8 osób i czuliśmy się całkiem swobodnie na tej przestrzeni. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i solidny, od razu odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania, nie było również problemu z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem, właściciel czekał na nas punktualnie w celu przekazania kluczy. Miasteczko jest urocze - mała, ale urokliwa starówka, piękne, szerokie, czyste plaże z doskonałą infrastrukturą (toalety i prysznice przy każdym zejściu na promenadę), szeroki wybór kawiarni i restauracji. Mieszkanie położne jest blisko plaży i centrum miejscowości, ale w spokojnej, bardzo ładnej okolicy. Jedyne hałasy to odgłosy sąsiedzkie, ponieważ jest to zwarta zabudowa - jednak nie były one w żaden sposób uciążliwe. W pobliżu mieszkania kilka bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonych marketów (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour), w porcie w miasteczku pyszne świeże ryby i owoce morza. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Andaluzji. Do Kadyksu można dopłynąć promem z portu w centrum. Podsumowując - miejsce warte polecenia!
