Solo la ubicación y facilidad de entrada/salida. Aire acondicionado

− ⭐☆☆☆☆ No recomiendo este alojamiento en absoluto. El principal problema no es que el apartamento sea mejor o peor, sino que el anuncio no refleja la realidad y resulta claramente engañoso. En la descripción se anuncia un apartamento con 1 dormitorio, cuando en realidad no existe ningún dormitorio independiente. Todo el alojamiento es un único espacio abierto y la única puerta es la del baño. La supuesta habitación es una buhardilla sin puerta, completamente abierta al resto del apartamento, por lo que no existe ninguna privacidad. Las fotografías del anuncio tampoco ayudan. Hay una gran cantidad de imágenes correspondientes a distintos apartamentos, lo que hace prácticamente imposible saber cuál es el alojamiento que realmente vas a reservar. La distribución es muy deficiente. Para acceder al baño hay que pasar por un estrecho hueco entre la barra de la cocina y una de las camas. Además, dos camas están colocadas junto a la cocina, impidiendo utilizarla con normalidad e incluso bloqueando la apertura de varios armarios. La buhardilla tiene una altura tan baja que una persona de aproximadamente 1,60 m no puede permanecer de pie. La ventilación también es muy escasa, ya que únicamente existe una ventana en la zona del salón. El aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente. Se escuchan perfectamente las conversaciones y ruidos del apartamento contiguo, así como al personal de limpieza cada mañana. Pagamos 558,25 € por dos noches, una cantidad totalmente desproporcionada para las condiciones reales del alojamiento. Tras presentar una reclamación aportando fotografías y explicando todos estos hechos, el alojamiento rechazó cualquier responsabilidad. Booking intervino intentando mediar, pero el propietario mantuvo su negativa sin ofrecer ninguna solución. Viajo con frecuencia y soy usuario habitual de Booking (Genius Nivel 3).
