9.0Koksal bey helped me a lot through complications related with my arrival and kindly changed my room. Room was clean and I had a good night sleep.
− Not really matters but maybe a better selection of shampoo and soap can be perfect for the stay.

6.0It was okay compared to the price ..the staff were very helpful especially Elias and Koksal and also a lady who cleaned the room and clothes.. nice and quite neighborhood close to Taksim 5 min walking and nearby everything u want transportation and everything else
