− The stay was disappointing. The room did not have basic amenities such as drinking water bottles, towels, or other toiletries. The property also mentioned that a refrigerator would be available in the room, but there wasn't one. Additionally, the lift was not working, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, the facilities provided did not match what was advertised.

− They outright denied my request to check in early by just 1 hour. 1 hour was also not possible even on a weekday ??? And I did put in the request 24 hours before. Still Denied !!!
