9.0Grand, refait à neuf, très propre, bien équipé. Très bien placé en plein centre avec plein de restaurants à proximité. Propriétaire très réactive. Calme.
− Pas grand chose à part l’accès un peu difficile (escaliers) mais pas rédhibitoire.
