The mountain view is really nice. Location is perfect for unwinding.

− The kitchen stuff is a bit old and the lounge is dusty. A/C in the lounge is not heating that much so you really need to use the fireplace to heat the place.

Mostly everything, great location, clean property , has utilities in kitchen, laundry, heating etc. A great quiet place to stay. Views are great.

Excellent family base for Tekapo

We had a great stay, the wood fire with more firewood than we could hope to use was a hit! The gas cooktop was a bit sketchy but it’s likely on their maintenance list. It was -7deg when we were there and we were toasy warm.
