9.0Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Van het eerste contact met Kelvin (klantenservice), Harry als gids (spreekt erg goed Engels) tot aan al het personeel, allemaal vriendelijk en duidelijk en goed geregeld. Heerlijk alles stipt volgens plan! Bezoekjes aan Luon Cave, Ti Top eiland en Sung sot cave zijn inclusief. Aanrader!

A great Halong Bay tour with very good service and excellent value for money. Perfect for family groups.
8.0The boat was lovely and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. One couple accidentally missed the tender to Surprise Cave but the staff made an extra trip to ensure they could join the group.
− A small issue with the shower was quickly rectified. Water pressure can be very low when all passengers return from a tour and want a shower.

10.0Une croisière en style vintage, douée de tout confort, un havre de paix qui a permis de jouir à chaque instant de la journée et de la nuit des beauté de la baie de Halong. Je conseille vivement la chambre avec balcon, qui offre une vue privée sur ce paysage unique. Le personnel très accueillant, la cuisine excellente , les activités proposées et le calme ont rendu ce voyage inoubliable.
