Beautiful place to stay at in Rwanda
9.0They have a restaurant in the premises, had our rooms and bedding clean every day, polite and kind staff, staff helped us hail cabs when we experienced a little language barrier. They also have a charging port for electric cars.. Beautiful plants in their compound.
− Our room didn't have a microwave, but they helped warm our food whenever we asked.
Ok mais trop cher pour la réalité - qualité à renforcer. Potentiel pour bébé/enfant.
5.0Potentiel extérieur, jolie vue. Certains employés bienveillants. Lit, chaise bébé et moustiquaire à disposition très pratiques. Bouilloire, thé et sucre dans la chambre (manque café). Personne pour le massage s'est déplacée sur place.
− L'extérieur n'est pas fini d'être aménagé: piscine sale, pas de chaise longues ni parasol. Surtout le restaurant n'est pas performant, peu de choix, attente, pas très bon. La terrasse de la chambre non aménagée (par ex une petite table et chaise, plante). Besoin d'inviter pour que quelqu'un vienne nettoyer le sol de la chambre (avec bébé).
Très agréable bien que tout n’était pas parfait mais j’ai adoré. Merci aux personnels.

− La restauration, il n’ pas possible de manger après 15h je devais commander à l’extérieur, même la boisson.

− A lot , there was a house fly in the room, spiders all over the wall. The cabinets were all outmoded and worn out . The bedsheet had a stain in it . The bathroom titles were and walls were not neat . There wasn’t basic things like kettle, microwave , kitchenette , not even bottled water . 😡😒
