− Было окно, но вид из окна не на улицу( как я ожидала) а в подсобный коридор. 😅
I had to leave because of a cockroach in the room.
1.0Nothing positive to mention. I chose this hotel because I wanted a budget option, but unfortunately it turned out to be a mistake.
− The hotel is not in the most central location, but I accepted that because I was trying to save money. However, finding a cockroach in the room made it absolutely not worth any money saved. I had already stayed one night and had breakfast before the problem became apparent, which was very unpleasant to think about. I left and booked another hotel that was about 2.5 times more expensive just for peace of mind. Before leaving, I also had to check my luggage and belongings carefully in case insects or eggs had gotten inside. The hotel only compensated the breakfast, which was poor handling of the situation, and no compensation was offered for the night itself. I have photo and video evidence of the issue.
