7.0Klidna lokalita blizko namesti, kavarny a muzea, slusny vyhled. Apartman se nachazi ve stare budove, ktera prosla rekonstrukci.
− Nektere detaily by se daly vylepsit. Vstupni dvere nedolehaji a nedaji se zcela zamknout. V pokojich jsou ploche televizory stareho typu, v dnesni dobe prakticky nevyuzitelne. Apartman se mozna snazi pusobit luxusneji, nez ve skutecnosti je.
