− Slightly strange smell in one of the bedrooms that wouldn’t go away which was annoying.

− My husband contacted overseeing manager to ask what make of beds used as they were so comfortable. However she didn't reply. It would have been good manners to do so.

− Plug in kitchen sink didn’t work so it was very difficult to wash up (there’s a dishwasher so it wasn’t as bad as it could have been).
