− Le logement est vieillissant de mauvaise qualité la literie est dramatique dire et le sommier est une planche il y a une très mauvaise odeur de vieux dans l appartement Les meubles sont passés et d un autre temps La cuisine tombe en décrépitude, l évier est usé, les tiroirs sont cases 1 bouteille d eau pour 4 en guise d Accueil un dimanche De la vaisselle basique mais surtout non fonctionnelle et plus que réduite Pas de boîte hermétique Pas de sopalin ou aluminium Un mini table de jardin sur la terrasse avec 4 chaises inconfortables Une piscine vieillotte avec des pavés mal entretenus et qui ne font pas nets Et aucune possibilité de chaises longues autour Les photos ne reflètent pas l air chargé d une odeur de vieux ni la qualité très médiocre de l entretien de l immeuble Un couloir d accueil dans la partie commune pas Accueillant, bordélique Ne surtout pas faire le restaurant à l étage près de la plage… vins imbuvable, pizza immonde et immangeable

l'accueil de Jimmy ses bons conseils...le rez-de-chaussée de chaussée avec accès direct a la piscines..la proximité des plages de Mont Choisy et Trou aux biches.
